Interactive Ethics - Copyright
1. What is copyright?
Copy right is the protection of the physical expression and ideas. This happens as quickly as it takes to draw, write, take, or record your idea, so it is copyright projected straight away. Copyright lasts for 70 years after you have passed away, so it is protected even if you aren’t around.
2. What are the three “moral rights”?
The three moral rights are as follows;
The Right Of Attribution - if you have copied someone’s work then they have the right to be named on that document that you have created.
The Right Of Integrity – when you have the image or file in your possession then you are not permitted to alter or edit it in any way.
False Attribution – you cannot claim the item or idea to be yours or it is attributed to a creator falsely.
3. How might copyright affect you and your work with interactive media?
It would affect me a lot due to the fact that if I make something and try to sell it I would loss out because it will be copied and then it would be distributed freely on a torrent site, therefore I would not make any money and I would probably be put out of a job and become homeless.
4. Do you think illegal downloading is morally right or wrong?
I think that it is right and wrong in certain cases. It’s wrong because if you download a film then the film companies will lose out on the profit that they would have made had you brought the film, therefore they will not be able to make any more films and all the people will lose their jobs. However I think that it is right because if you want a picture that someone else has made, that you think would look good on something that you are making, but you wouldn’t be able to due to the copyright.
5. What does Creative Commons do?
Creative Commons is a charitable organisation that lets copyright holders, such as people that have made images, easily allow anyone to use their work in ways that the maker is comfortable with, this allows the person that has downloaded the file to do most things with the film.
6.

7. Give you opinion on the way that total freedom from copyright might affect our culture.
I think that it would have a bad effect on our culture if we had total freedom to do anything with copyright, due to the fact that for exams everyone would copy each other, so we would have no idea what everyone’s ability was, also it would affect our social lives, due to the fact that most people go to see films at the cinema and if we could copy films without any laws then we would meet up with people to go see films. Also it would have a negative effect to the economic lives of everyone, because we would go to shops to buy films, which means the shop keepers would loss out on money, and if it happened enough then they might be forced to close down.

Professional Ethics 1 - Privacy
Privacy
privacy and user information online has been in the media spotlight for many difrent reasons and the issue of someones private life online is certainly being used by the media at the moment. especialy with the news about super injunction hitting a all time high as people are now getting interested in the new way that the rich and famous can hide there secrets, but one of the most biggest problem is that the average person cant afford an injunction.
but there are arguments that when people place content online on sites like facebook and then complain that everyone has access to it even thou they put it online for everyone to see .whereas others will still say no matter what it is always you still have the human right to complete privacy online.

Happy Wheels Game Review
http://happywheelsgame.com/
This game is not for the faint hearted, and those who don't like blood. In this game you have to get to a safe point that is at the end of each level, however in each level there are obstacles that you have to get thhough and each level is hard than the last, with more challening obstacles in them. The characters you have are a guy in a wheelchair, a man on a segway, a man and child on a bike, and if you play the original game, you get a large lady on a mobility scooter.

Webpage Responce
After all the comments that i have received for my web page i believe that in the end my webpage turned out very well, though there are some thing about it i would change, even if other people wouldn't. For instance I would make the game have a timer so that when the player had played a certain amount of time the game would end and try and give them more of a challenge.
However i do like the game, and i am happy with how it ended up, also i like the way i set the webpage up and i am happy with what it ended up as at the end of the project.
Hopefully next time I make a webpage it will better and easier to use.
Thanks for the feedback everyone!

Flash Games Review
Futurama: Shoot Bender 2
http://www.flashgames247.com/play/399.html
The bad thing about this games is that it will not let you go onto the second level. i would like to say that this game is addictive but since i can only do the first level then i dont see the point in playing it that much. However the game does look good and the first level is quite good. and when you first do it, it is quite easy, as long as you now the controls.

Dragon Fist 3:Age of the Warrior
http://www.flashgames247.com/play/1165.html
This game can be very addictive if you can get used to the conrols, when you start it is very helpful to look at the controls, as they are not like most games that are like this. The levels are sometimes harder as you go thourgh the games but some of the oppenents are harder to defeat than others even the last can sometimes be easier than the first.

Bloons Tower Defence 4
http://ninjakiwi.com/Games/Tower-Defense/Play/Bloons-Tower-Defense-4.html
This game is the best one of the serise because rather than just starting with all the towers, you have to rank up and as you rank up you get better towers, and when you get to rank 31, you have unlocked everything. This feature keeps you playing longer and keeps you addictied to the game. Each track has 50 levels, but when you complete the levels you can keep playing to get your rank up quicker. The one problem with this game is that when you get to the higher levels, the game starts to lag.
